You can reach Long Game Customer Support by:
- Submitting a support request: filling out this brief form with just a few details will help us investigate your issue and get back to you quickly. You can typically expect a response within 1-2 business days.
- Chatting with an Agent (in app): if you're a current Long Game user, you can reach a Support Agent via chat from the Long Game mobile app. Tap the top-left dropdown menu, then `Help & Support`, then `Chat with an Agent` to start a chat session and get help in real-time.
- We don't currently offer phone support, as we've found that most of our users prefer email and chat for resolving most issues.
Our Customer Support hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6AM - 6PM PT, and Saturday 9AM - 6PM PT.
