Long Game is not able to update your direct deposit settings for you: only your employer can update your payroll and direct deposit settings.
It's important for you to contact your employer directly to update your direct deposit settings before your Long Game account is closed.
My account is already closed and I didn't update my direct deposit in time. What now?
Once your nbkc Everyday (spending) account is closed, additional direct deposits into the closed account will not work. If your employer attempts to direct deposit your pay into your closed account, the funds transfer will fail and be returned back to your employer.
If this has happened with your recent paycheck:
- Contact your employer directly regarding your paycheck: they'll work with you to get your money to you.
- Make sure your employer has updated your direct deposit settings going forward, so that your future paychecks go to the right place.
